Asian American Voices for Education, Inc. is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3). EIN: 22195219.

Dissolution

Upon dissolution, any remaining assets shall be distributed to one or more organizations recognized as exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, for similar charitable purposes.
